Hi guys. You are lucky b*******, excuse the French! I hope you are having a ball and enjoying the food. There I go thinking of food again. Btw, don’t whatever you do, eat the steamed rice over there, major dodgy. You seem fine at first for a few days but then the noises in the stomach start and you find yourself stuck in the middle of nowhere with just a hole in the ground, a bucket and a ladle – if you know what I mean?

    Have a great time!

    Later!

Ye know, strange that you joked about that….last night I had a red curry and didn’t order steamed rice because it comes served like a soup so I thought I’d skip the rice and eat it like a soup, ye know like real Thai people…holy crap I burned the bejaysus out of myself…it’s rice all the way from now on.
No holes in the ground to speak of yet.
